-- The process of creating a series of multiple images has been one to which I have frequently returned. Unlike the traditional printmaker whose goal is to produce a large number (100 or more) of identical images, I cast small limited editions, usually no more than twelve. Because of the nature of the process I have developed for casting polymer clay, there are subtle differences from piece to piece. The edition becomes, in essence, a suite of minor variations on a theme, and each element in the suite has its own unique character.
